I'm so excited to share with you the labor of love that is my book, Level Up! Living on the Levels God Intended. In the book, I help you apply biblical principles as you navigate the life battles that often stand between where you are and the level where you would like to be.  With transparency, authenticity, and a sprinkle of humor, I accompany you along your journey to Level Up! 

Anyone that knows me will tell you that I LOVE to talk! I feel so lucky that I get to talk for a living. Now to get a little more personal.....I am the wife of a hardworking husband, the only child of my mother, the eldest daughter of my father, and my daddy's "Punkin". I currently live in Charlotte, NC, I'm a mommy to my 'fur baby' Tyson, and I LOVE chips and salsa!  I earned my Doctorate of Education in higher education leadership from East Carolina University and I earned both my Master’s and  Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Miami, FL (GO CANES!!)  I am a group leader with Bible Study Fellowship, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a board member for Find Your Legacy Inc., and a member of the Programming Advisory Group for the Brooklyn Collective in Charlotte, NC.

As I began to reflect on all that I have learned, loved, lost, and grown through, it occurred to me that my struggles might help others who are facing the same or similar challenges.  So may my honest transparency  that flows through this website resonate with you in such a way that you can sense me alongside you, holding your hand, as we Level Up together.
